In memory of Gillian Woodman-Smith

It is with great sadness that Gillian Woodman-Smith, a member of SIP until her retirement in 2017, passed away in her sleep during the Christmas break.

Gillian was both a couples therapist and an individual therapist. Having trained at the British Association of Psychotherapists (now part of the British Psychotherapy Foundation), Gillian joined SIP in 2000 and was an active member; she had become an approved Training Therapist and Supervisor in 2002, served on SIP’s Training Therapists Committee, and sat on SIP’s Board of Trustees for over 4 years.

In recent years Gillian had relocated from Bristol to Devon. Gillian will be missed – our thoughts and well wishes go out to her family & friends. Donations in Gill’s memory can be made to https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/gillianwoodman-smith.
