Connecting conversations
Connecting Conversations emerged as part of the Islington based Rowan Arts Project when Ruth Robinson, then Director of the charity and a Psychoanalyst, brought together practitioners from the world of psychoanalysis with creatives working in the Arts. The events aim to make connections between individuals, organisations, disciplines and ideas.
In 2013, under the auspices of Severnside Institute for Psychotherapy and in union with The Bridge Foundation, Lorraine Vivian met with Ruth to explore the possibility that we might host similar talks in the South West. The first Bristol based Connecting Conversation was held in May 2014.
